MARISA BENTLEY
Marisa has proven her ability to surpass clients’ expectations. She has been involved in property management, sales, and leasing services. Up until 2000, she worked with three large REITS with responsibilities throughout the Western United States. In 2001, Marisa began focusing 100% of her efforts on sales representation. JASON GWAZDACZ
Jason began his career in real estate with G&E|WestMar as an Asset Manager in March of 2002. Since becoming a Sales Associate in April of 2004, he has been directly involved with the negotiations of over ninety transactions totaling approximately $18,400,000 and resulting in the leasing of approximately 172,000 square feet. JANET KRAMER
Janet is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Attorney with proven success in assembling and leading teams to achieve project goals.
